my phone hasnt been recieved and should have came fedex but is missing ! Fedex has opened a case but that doesnt solve the problem of my phone not being delivered! I need this lifeline phone due to health issues an would appreciate it being sent again thru the post office so i can pick it up there.

l tracked my iPhone 6, The UPS said they dropped it off at our post office in Port Huron, MI on Feb 21st. I then contacted the post office and they told me it was delivered at my address in mailbox. I was home all day I received nothing.. I then asked my mail lady if she dropped off a package and this was only two days after and mail lady said she couldn't remember and if she did it would of been on side porch because she dosent like to leave packages where people can take them. I have been trying to get ahold of someone at airtalk for a week the phones I get disconnected and emails go unanswered like this one im sure. I wanted a iphone 8 since my iPhone 6 is no longer available when its time to get in touch the iPhone 8 will probably be gone also SO PLZ SOMEONE HELP ME OUT THEY WINT LET ME REDO APPLICATION IVE TRUED HELP!!!

I never received my phone in mail I tracked it UPS took it to my mail office and they said they delivered it on Feb 21st but mail lady dosent remember delivering it an was wondering if I can receive another one before all these deals with free phones are gone help please its been a week and still cant find out anything??? I want a iPhone 8 because now my iPhone 6 is all out they say. So I got Sim card no phone and cant get anybhelp ive been calling they hang up ive been texting and no response, I tried redoing application and it won't go through somebody PLEASE HELP ME WHAT ELSE DO I HAVE TO DO !!!

After reviewing many cellphone internet ads and deciding that yours was the most sincere, and after much time of being without one, I recently ordered and received a Moto 2 cellphone, thinking it was a Motorola phone. There was a message on the phone stating " "you haven't made a call in 10 days". I had an inclination that it was a used phone because I had just gotten it. Upon making my first call, there was so much scratchy interference on the phone that we couldn't be heard. I thought it was a bad conversing place in the house. I proceeded to record all my contacts and they suddenly disappeared. I called Air talk and was told I would have to send the phone in. Since it was the only phone I had and I needed it, I decided to wait it out a bit and try to make it better with adjustments. That didn't work and it has gotten worse so we can hear nothing. The lighting on it is bad and it shuts itself off. I am in rehab and have to use their office phone. I need one for my own and if I can't use this one, I will have to cancel my account with you and order from another supplier. Please let me know if there is something you can do, or not. Thank you. I jus recovered my iPhone 7 thru airtalk yesterday in the mail and it stopped working won't charge up nor turn on. I had it on not even two hrs later says sim card is locked & won't turn on. It was working first 2 hrs of usage.

I messeges airtalk wireless on getting my old cell number I’ve had for years. It took them 2 1/2 months to get back with me through email. I asked them for my number back and 3 days later I got the same email. Told them I moved on since I was left hanging. For so long. All I’m asking for is my old number back. You’d think I committed a crime. Cant get in my AirTalk account. It says I’m inactive. Well, duh. Can I get help, please? Thank you

I have been trying to put my application in for weeks for airtalk and it never submits it. It will tell me its checking my eligibility but never loads the next page. I have also tried to call about this problem but can never talk to a REAL PERSON because I'm not a customer. This is ridiculous how much we have to go through just to apply
