My phone won’t let me place a call. I can receive them, text, and data works fine. I don’t know how to fix this issue.

My phone was stolen as well i didnt even open the box. I called that number the 855-924-7825 and it will not let me talk to a live person or does it give the option on the automated prompts to speak to a representive or does it have a prompt if your phone has been lost or stolen. 6202364247 please ASAP

We are sorry to hear that your phone was stolen. To order a replacement device log into your account at https://airtalkwireless.com/account, once signed in go to “Replacement” on the right-hand side. You will then be given the option for just a sim or a standard replacement (you will not be able to choose the model for the standard replacement).
If there is a specific device you would like you will see our great selection of devices available for purchase by going to shop, scroll down and click on “Upgrade Phone!”.

I have service with AirTalk wireless, and I do not have unlimited data. I have tried contacting AirTalk , and submitted many requests, without a reply. I am on the lifeline ACP combo plan, why do I not have unlimited data? Seems my posts will not post as well.

Was wondering if you are already have a service from airtalk and received a phone, are the tablets still available from those prices listed underneath the tablets pictures. Would like to have the Samsung galaxy s series one that has a stylus too for $25.00?

I have the Lifeline & ACP Combo Plan: When I signed up I based my decision on the following statement from your site:
“Lifeline & ACP Combo Plan:
This is one of the best deals you can get receive from a government benefit provider. After approval, Lifeline and ACP customers will receive a free iPhone 7, iPhone 6 Plus, Galaxy S8, and more. Qualified subscribers will also receive unlimited high-speed data, unlimited talk, and unlimited text & picture messaging with AirTalk.”But my data stopped working completely at about 10GB. I had unlimited data through my previous service Safelink. I would not have switched to downgrade my service. Am I missing something? So far I am pleased with Airtalk except for this one thing. Unfortunately the one thing is a big deal to me.

Hello my phone is working fine other than here last couple days I cannot call out to some numbers I have checked , DND,airplane,blocked contacts, everything. Reset APN, an restarted my phone. I have 4glte service cause it worked when someone called me. It just for some reason won’t let me call out. Everything else works fine.
