What is the phone number for Novant Health MyChart? ›

You may e-mail us at nhcscc@novanthealth.org, or you can call our MyChart Patient Support Line at 1-844-2NOVANT(844-266-8268).

You can log into your Novant Health MyChart with your New Hanover username and password. A MyChart message was sent to your New Hanover MyChart if your username is already taken by another patient at Novant Health with instructions on how to log in.

If you try to log in unsuccessfully too many times, you might be locked out of the account. In this case, you won't be able to reset your password yourself. For help resetting passwords and regaining access to your account, please reach out to your healthcare organization's MyChart support desk.

Hints on your password

Your password is different than your MyChart username. It is also case sensitive and must be at least 8 characters long, contain at least one number, and one letter.

Most likely, you have tried to access your MyChart account 5 times in a row using the wrong password. If you do this, for security purposes, your account is disabled. If your account becomes disabled, you should call 740-454-5008.

Can I share MyChart with family? ›

Once you have registered your MyChart patient portal, you have the option to share your health information with your friends and family. With the Sharing Hub in MyChart, you can easily manage who has access to your information by adding, adjusting or removing “proxy relationships.”

MyChart (mobile app) and MyChartPLUS (web site) are secure and personalized online tools that provide you with instant access to all of your medical information. You can even access and manage information for family members.
