Racinos are cashing in-person claims. Before visiting a racino to claim a prize, check its website for information about operating hours and claiming procedures.

Yes. All lottery prizes in Ohio are subject to state and federal withholdings and income taxes.

The Ohio Lottery reports all winnings of $600 or more to the IRS. Winners of prizes greater than $600 are required to report their winnings in their tax returns.
