Shocked at the cost for how little is received. Waite time was too long given the amount of employees present. $60.00 for a simple clear coat seemed a bit high. Parking wasn’t ideal given its location in Flagler village. Environment itself was nice as one can see based on the pictures. Other places near by with half the cost.

James is the absolute best. On occasion I will have to visit a different salon and my nails end up being horrible and don’t last. I always go for the dip because he doesn’t make it clumpy and thick life some techs. He is great at shaping and listening to what you want and on occasion I’ll have him do an Ombre nail that comes out amazing! If James isn’t there, I also recommend Phoebe as she also has great attention to detail.

Unfortunately I think I just had my last nail appointment here. I use to be a regular but cannot support It anymore. It is ridiculously over priced and my nails last maybe 4 days before being messed up. I now go down the road and my gel lasts 4 weeks. I thought my nails lasting 1 week with gel was awesome but now I have woken up! The nail techs really just don’t do a good job. See photo for reference. The nail tech clearly didn’t care to do a good job.

Joe was the one who helped me and my nails turned out beautifully! He was so polite and had good conversation! I was in and out in 30 minutes. I had an acrylic fill with gel polish ($55) for reference. I do recommend calling to make an appointment just to secure a spot! Do NOT see nail tech Tony. He is beyond rude – please read below. The color I selected had a matching dip and regular polish color for my hands and feet – however, when Tony applied the dip I mentioned the color didn’t match at all. He attempted to tell me it will, we switched the color to one that he said would match better. I asked to do 1 nail first so I could compare the colors, he said it will match regardless. He proceeded to dip each of my fingers about 10 times, causing them to be bubbly and thick. Also disregarded the length of nails I wanted. Before the service was complete I mentioned I didn’t like the color as it didn’t match at all, and they were all uneven with dip and bubbly. I asked if he would just take it off and I would pay for my polish change. He said I wasted his time, he refused to take off my dip and caused a scene. The front desk manager tried to help by fixing my nails. Needless to say Tony was extremely unprofessional in raising his voice at me and refusing to take off the polish.

After 3 years of going to this salon and tolerating the demeanor of Manager/owner Kaitlyn I am DONE. SHAME as nail perfectionist Sonia is AMAZING and who has kept me there for 3 years. Sonia- I hope you will move salons…. TRUST we already know MANY of us (some who already left Venetian ahead of me who will follow you anywhere.)

This is my second time at the salon. The first manicure my partner and I received were amazing. Yesterday, however, the woman who did my nails Cathy Stafford, was very rude and unprofessional. She had me rest my arm on one of her products during most of my manicure. She was not prepared. My arm hurt in that angle. There’s discoloration around my cuticles. My nails are crooked, she chose a sticker on my finger that I did not ask for and the other advice from her was so uncomfortable that I didn’t even want to stay to have it corrected. Helen and who did my partners nails Did a very nice job. Cathy Stafford was rude, distracted and i do not recommend her at all. At the very end she was squeezing now oil all over my hands asking me to rub it in. Just wanted to let people now.

After my pedi the tech put the pedi slippers on my feet and pointed me toward the front desk to where she tool my credit card to pay. Never told me to grab my shoes that were left at the spa chair. Then she left me standing there with the pedi slippers on and I had to ask where the dryer was to which she again just pointed to. I go the location where she pointed and there’s no dryer for feet that I could tell. So I went back to retrieve my shoes and left. My polish got messed up on the way out! I do not recommend this place. It is so big and so many people that they just herd you in and out without any communication! Very disappointed with the service.
