Ok… where do I begin. Probably one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. I even upgraded to the Venetian. My daughter and I wanted to have some girl time so went here on a whim. My heels look awful and cracked. He did not cut any cuticles or dead skin. One foot looks darker than the other. Almost like one has 2 coats and he forgot to add another on one. I could have done a better job myself. And then the price…. It’s laughable. Not only did they charge me to file off what little bit of gel I had on my toes but it was $115 for both of us. Never again!!!! I will not be back!!! It was a rushed and awful experience.

Worst manicure ever! Don’t waste your time. I went to get nails done with my mother and 12-year-old daughter. First, they sat us as far away from each other as possible. The place was dirty, the hand massage was not even 30 seconds, and my manicurist was in a rush. He didn’t clean out under my nails, didn’t have me wash my hands after lotion and before polish, and just slapped on some clear coat MISSING 1/3 of my thumb nail! He walked away and I had to ask another manicurist to fix it as he was nowhere to be found. But, they still charged me for a full manicure! Never again. This place needs to develop some customer service.

I thought I would give them another try, however the quality of work was poor. My nail tech I felt was in a rush. I got dipping and pedicure done and my nails are not filed at same lengths and had to put top coat over and over. I’m not ever going to come back to Venetian Nail Spa. Was very disappointed by my treatment here. I was giving a total in services which was different than what was stated online. I then ask a white women sitting next to me whom had received way more work then I was getting done and her price was significantly lower than what they told me. There was no reason for the price quoted to be such a difference other than them discriminating towards my brown skin. When I brought the issue up to the lady in the front she told I didn’t have to come there and I could leave. Very disappointing.

I use to come here a long time ago. Came in today they were nice. But the guy literally did my pedicure in 10 minutes and was lazy with it. Didn’t do my cuticles or scraping of the bottom of my feet. My polish looks awful. I will not be back.Pedicure

Love this nail spot. Super well run, great customer service. They’re efficient about walk ins, you can leave your number and they’ll call you when it’s your appointment time if they’re busy. All the techs I’ve had are great, but my favorite is T. The dip is clean, it lasts for three weeks, doesn’t chip when it grows out.

It wasn’t a terrible experience but you definitely need to have some extra time on your hands. We made an appointment but still had to wait for 30-45 minutes. Then they rushed through our pedicures. The pedicures didn’t last long either.
